The elders would like for Spring Meadows to be a part of the flood relief effort in the Nashville area. We will be working with the Crieve Hall congregation and they have immediate need for the following items:
| Face masks | Hand Sanitizer |
| Latex and work gloves | Extension cords |
| Pine Sol (floor cleaner) | Box Fans |
| Mops | Dehumidifiers |
| Trash bags (black hefty bags) | Bibles |
| Bleach (in container or spray bottle) | |
| Napkin wipes that can be placed in sack lunches | |
| Utility knives for cutting carpet and drywall |
*Monetary donations are also needed; you can make your check out to Spring Meadows and earmark it for “Flood Relief.”
There will be a work day on May 15th to help people gut houses before mold sets in on wet items such as carpet See Ed McCormick if you can help with the work day.
Check out this video showing what a great time we had at our 2010 Spring Fling!

Spring Meadows has been asked to participate in the nationwide "STAMP OUT HUNGER" campaign that is hosted by the United States Postal Service. The Spring Hill Post Office is participating in this campaign for the first time. We at Spring Meadows have been asked to head up the food drive, and serve as a point of distribution of these foods to the community. The food is not for us, it is to reach out to the community – this is an Outreach opportunity for SMCOC and we need YOU to be a part of it.
As most of you may know a massive, 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti near the capital of Port-au-Prince on Tuesday of this week. The damages to that country are extensive and the number of injured and or dead is estimated to be in the thousands. Here is an opportunity for us to help those in need. If you would like to donate to this cause please make your donation to Spring Meadows Church of Christ, noting Haiti Relief fund in the memo section. Monies collected will be delivered to Healing Hands International – who are currently working on relief efforts. They have a group of folks heading down that way this week.
