Welcome

Spring Meadows - a place of vision

We hope you take some time to look around and get a feel for the love we have as a family for each other and for Jesus Christ. There is information about when and where we meet, what we believe, a little about our history and leadership, sermons, bulletins, and so much more. A good place to start is the 'About Us' link in the top menu.

We hope to see you soon!

The elders would like for Spring Meadows to be a part of the flood relief effort in the Nashville area. We will be working with the Crieve Hall congregation and they have immediate need for the following items:

Face masks Hand Sanitizer
Latex and work gloves Extension cords
Pine Sol (floor cleaner) Box Fans
Mops Dehumidifiers
Trash bags (black hefty bags) Bibles
Bleach (in container or spray bottle)
Napkin wipes that can be placed in sack lunches
Utility knives for cutting carpet and drywall

*Monetary donations are also needed; you can make your check out to Spring Meadows and earmark it for “Flood Relief.”

There will be a work day on May 15th to help people gut houses before mold sets in on wet items such as carpet  See Ed McCormick if you can help with the work day.

Check out this video showing what a great time we had at our 2010 Spring Fling!

Spring Meadows has been asked to participate in the nationwide "STAMP OUT HUNGER" campaign that is hosted by the United States Postal Service. The Spring Hill Post Office is participating in this campaign for the first time. We at Spring Meadows have been asked to head up the food drive, and serve as a point of distribution of these foods to the community. The food is not for us, it is to reach out to the community – this is an Outreach opportunity for SMCOC and we need YOU to be a part of it.

We will be collecting the food from 10,200 mailboxes in Spring Hill along 17 postal routes, weighing the food, and then stocking pantries and other various storage facilities that we will be using. We have reached out to the other churches of Christ in Spring Hill for their participation also, but to this point their participation level is unknown. We need you to help us on May 8th with this great endeavor. Please mark your calendars now and let Kelly Estabrooks and Teri Moore know that you will be there that day to help. We are in immediate need of having at least 20 trucks lined up for that day. If you have a truck and Teri has not already hit you up, please see her ASAP. Thank you for your participation ahead of time. Please, this is a PLEA FOR YOUR HELP.  We will soon be opening "The Pantry At Spring Meadows" very soon, and that opens up all kinds of new possibilities for this family.

Mark May 8th as a day you will commit to helping Spring Meadows make this food drive a success. We have been told that if we pull this off, it is ours every year. What an IMMENSE opportunity to outreach to our community.

The Spring Fling event was a great success!  We've posted a few of the pictures here on our website.  To see the pictures, sign in to the website and click on Media then Photos.  Enjoy!

As most of you may know a massive, 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti near the capital of Port-au-Prince on Tuesday of this week. The damages to that country are extensive and the number of injured and or dead is estimated to be in the thousands. Here is an opportunity for us to help those in need. If you would like to donate to this cause please make your donation to Spring Meadows Church of Christ, noting Haiti Relief fund in the memo section. Monies collected will be delivered to Healing Hands International – who are currently working on relief efforts. They have a group of folks heading down that way this week.

Additionally in speaking with Sean Judge (Healing Hands International Assistant Shipping Director, Youth Development) they are looking for Church contacts in that area as focal/distribution centers. If you happen to know of anyone in that area, their contact information would be appreciated. You may send their contact information to Dwayne Moore (dmoore27@charter.net) or you may contact Sean directly. His contact information in noted below:
